Processing time
All pet accessory orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Estimated delivery
Australia: 5–14 business days
Norway: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
Carriers & Tracking
We work with trusted carriers, and tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
Customs, duties & taxes
Australia: GST may apply on imports (including low-value pet items).
Norway: VAT and customs fees are charged on all imported goods.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
If your pet accessory arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy
We want your pets to be happy and safe with their new accessories!
Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 30 days. We will arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Change-of-mind returns
Australia: We may accept returns within 14 days if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale. (Return shipping at the buyer’s cost.)
Norway: Buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the item, provided it is unused and returned in resale condition.
⚠ Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., pet beds, bowls, grooming tools, feeding accessories that have been used) cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.
